The phrase “progress over perfection” touches my soul a bit more deeply since my nmosd diagnosis. I’m so grateful for the baby steps my physical therapist and I have made together. But the reality is – with NMOSD gains and losses can occur so unpredictably and turn on a dime. So rather than measuring my progress by comparing it to others or even by my physical accomplishments, I prefer to lean into my faith, begin the day with a grateful heart, cling on to a portion of resilience…and KEEP FIGHTING. God did not make us to give up. So whatever your trial, YOU’VE GOT THIS! PLEASE DON’T GIVE UP. XO, Ladon. 👣🕊 . . #riseforrare #spooniewarrior #NMOSD #rarediseaseawareness #transversemyelitis #chronicfatigue https://www.instagram.com/reel/CayEDT0j9ZU/?utm_medium=share_sheet
